Homebound

Description: Approximately one Sunday a month, a team of 2-4 ministers distributes the Body of Christ to people in nursing homes or private residences who cannot attend Mass at church.  We have six facilities within our church boundaries.  In addition to the Body of Chris, each resident we visit is given our Bulletin and gets some much-needed interaction.  Sometimes, our ministers are the only people they see that week other than staff at the facility.  The residents very much appreciate the time we take to visit and bring Jesus to them each week. Training and supplies are provided for this rewarding ministry.

Time: Up to 2 hrs. per month at the  most

People: Unlimited, 14-15 ministers per weekend
